Our current vacancies:

Role: Plumber (full time)


Description: MTH Plumbing & Heating Contracts Ltd, are looking for a plumber to join our already established team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years plumbing experience and be able to work on own initiative.

Main responsibilities:
• Complete strip and re-piping of Hot & Cold and Heating System pipework
• Installing and connecting to sanitary ware
• Installing radiators
• Should be able to work with all different fittings (i.e. copper, press-fit, crimped, soldered)

Requirements:
• Full Driver’s license
• Good English-speaking skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Be punctual and have good timekeeping
• Can take instruction and effectively carry out tasks with a can do attitude
• Will be part of a call out rota covering weekends and evenings
• Have own tools

A van and fuel card will be supplied.

Role: Heating Engineer (full time)


Description: MTH Plumbing & Heating Contracts Ltd, are looking for a heating and plumbing engineer to join our already established team.



Main responsibilities are:

  • Carry out Heating Installation / servicing and repair works on a variety of domestic properties across the East Midlands.
  • Carry out a wide variety of plumbing works including Bathroom installations and refurbishments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet required quality standards
  • Communicate updates and progress of work and complete the required paperwork.


The successful candidate will have a friendly and professional attitude to encourage excellent customer satisfaction. We are a family business who prides itself on having a close relationship to our customers and a very high degree of professionalism.


The ideal candidate will hold ACS Gas qualifications but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate. Must hold a minimum of Level 2 Plumbing qualification

Full UK driving license is essential due to the nature of the role.


Experience of installation of heating systems and gas boilers and all other aspects of plumbing and heating works.

The desire to work weekends if asked to do so, for which you will be financially compensated.


We will provide all necessary materials to work such as a van and all the materials required for an installation.
